DISQUALIFICATION LIST -Under 18 years of age -Pregnant and/or breastfeeding -Allergic to pigmentation or make up -Prone to keloids/scarring Have viral diseases/infections -Diabetic(you may come with a doctors note) -Undergoing chemotherapy -Using blood thinning medications or have bleeding disorders -Skin irritations near or on treated area -Using ACCUTANE: must wait one year after your ACCUTANE treatment -Botox: must wait 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after -Antibiotics within 2 weeks of your appointment **Failure to disclose any disqualifications before the procedure date results in the immediate ending of the appointment. Clients will lose the deposit and will be charged 60% of the service fee. ** Lidocaine is used as the numbing agent. Please reach out if you are allergic to lidocaine. *Clients must let me know if you have prior permanent make up done. Virgin brow sets are only for clients who have not had previous work, please book the cover up service. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE OR ANY CLIENT FOR ANY GIVEN REASON. PRICES AND POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. To ensure the safety of our staff, we ask that if you are sick (cold & flu symptoms, cough, sneeze, fever, sore throat) or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you arrive at your appointment with symptoms of an illness, I reserve the right to refuse service. **The risks of developing an infection is higher in individuals with compromised immune systems. Any questions regarding your health & permanent make up, please contact your physician for permission. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. PAYMENT- Your remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cash or card payments are preferred. A 3% transaction fee will be applied to all debit/credit card processing. -Cashapp: $alieshamartinez -Zelle: alieshamartinez@gmail.com PRE APPOINTMENT CHECKLIST- 24 hrs before your appointment: ♡ No coffee or other stimulants ♡ No Alcohol or other blood thinners ♡ No Retinol skincare products 1 week prior ♡ If you wear contacts: please bring your containers so you can take them out during the procedure, or wear your glasses that day. ♡if you are a lip blush client: please take your antiviral medication if you have ever had a cold sore or outbreak on your lip. ♡ Wearing makeup up during the appointment is not recommended, it tends to get ruined during the tattoo process. ♡ Please bring a valid photo ID. **Disregarding the Pre-Appointment checklist will result in the client’s will lose the deposit and will be charged 60% of the service fee. ***clients who do not speak English must bring a translator (not their phone)Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT
•Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Eyebrow and Eyeliner services are reserved with a $100 deposit. Tattoo removal and lip blush services require a $75 non refundable deposit. A deposit is required at the time of the scheduling and are applied to your final balance.
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY
•Only ONE rescheduling is allowed. Please reschedule in a timely manner. You may not reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment , rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment results in needing a new deposit to book.
•Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee which is 50% of your remaining service fee and a forfeited deposit. Not rescheduling within 4 months is a forfeit of your deposit.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS WILL GET CHARGED 100% SERVICE FEE + PROCESSING FEES
LATE POLICY
• Due to a tight schedule, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited and the service fee will be collected. PLEASE TEXT OR CALL IF YOU ARE LATE.
